Erina is one of the main heroines of Shokugeki no Souma and biggest rivals to Yukihira Souma. Wielder of the "God's Tongue", the best palate in the world. Regarded as the top student of her class and a member of the Elite Ten Council. She later become the school's new headmaster after graduation.

She has long, blonde hair, purple eyes and large breasts. She is usually seen wearing her Tootsuki Saryou Ryouri Gakuen uniform.
