The panel features Gojou Satoru saying the phrase "Nah, I'd win." as a callback to his response when Itadori Yuuji asked him if he would lose against Ryoumen Sukuna in Chapter 3. The panel exploded in popularity in late 2023 after Chapter 236 released because he would, in fact, not win.
