A meme based on a screenshot of a 3D model of Mutsuki from Blue Archive that emphasizes her round face with a smug :3 expression.

The model was part of a collaboration event between Blue Archive and the airsoft gun manufacturer Tokyo Marui. For this event a VRChat world was created for the online convention Virtual Market 6 featuring various models of weapons and characters and a playable shooting minigame.
