Danganronpa character.

The president of the Hope's Peak Academy student council. He has short hair parted into intakes, and is the only member with an armband.
Despite living to the end of the Tragedy of Hope's Peak Academy, he goes insane and is subsequently strangled to death by Masuda Yasuke in Danganronpa/zero.
