Moro Makiya, also known as The Apostate (ころび伴天連, Korobi Bateren), was a well-known vicious criminal and one of the few death row criminals sent to find the Elixir of Life on Kotaku for the shogun. His assigned Asaemon monitor was Yamada Asaemon Genji.
