monarch (mafia) (amalee)

The 4th costume of VShojo's Monarch, revealed upon her announcement that she was joining the company.

It's a mafia-themed outfit, consisting of a black jacket draped over her shoulders, a black or dark blue shirt unbuttoned to reveal a matching, butterfly scale patterned bra, a blue butterfly brooch, black gloves, a black pencil skirt and black latex thigh boots. She can also wear sunglasses as an accessory.
