The blue-haired character from the series Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon (aka. Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon) by Takeuchi Naoko, who transforms into Sailor Mercury. She is considered a genius schoolgirl, but gradually opens up to hanging out with her friends more.

Voiced by Hisakawa Aya in the 90s anime, and Kanemoto Hisako in Crystal.
