miteiru (shirakami fubuki)
A channel mascot of hololive's Shirakami Fubuki, originally introduced as a generic "stare" emote for her chat in October 2020, hence its name. Designed by Fubuki herself, as seen on twitter
It's depicted as a blob creature styled after a fox with solid eyes and wearing the same blue bowtie as Fubuki's 6th outfit, according to Fubuki it can stick to any surface, stretch into any shape and never blinks.
