A bell boy working for The Reverie in Penacony. His real name was Mikhail Char Legwork, a former mechanic of the Astral Express. Voiced by Matsui Eriko.
He is portrayed with long aqua hair and purple eyes. His outfit, fitting of his occupation, consists of a black pillbox hat, long-sleeved white shirt, white ascot, black jacket, and black shorts, plus an optional pocket watch.
