mira (kendeshi)

Mira (ミラ) is the protagonist of the series Kenja no Deshi wo Nanoru Kenja. She is depicted as a young girl with very long silver hair and blue eyes.

Mira is the female appearance of the young working man Sakamori Kagami's player avatar in the VRMMORPG Ark Earth Online. Kagami's avatar, Danblf Gandador, is normally a wizened old man with long white hair and long beard that he based on famous fantasy wizards. While toying with the appearance editor and seeing what he could create for a female appearance, Kagami blacked out and awoke as his avatar with the female appearance he had just created.

The name Mira is derived from the English word Mirror (Mirā, ミラー, in Japanese), and is taken from Kagami's name sounding the same as the Japanese word for mirror, Kagami (鏡).
