Voice of Tatara Kogasa in Clownpiece☆. Arguably the best voice actress of the voice drama. Disappeared soon after the video was posted, then came back in late 2022, then declared she wanted nothing to do with Cookie and disappeared again in 2023.

The most popular character of Clownpiece☆, until Hisaka's popularity boom in 2018 following Henshin. Her Nue-chan Shopping segment with Meimei is one of the most popular otoMAD remixes. In 2021 she even became the second Cookie character to become an UTAU called MOTroid after MGRoid. She has a few running jokes:

• "From now on, you can be a walking green coordinator!": Her most famous line when referring to the watering can she and Nue were advertising. "Green coordinator" is a wasei-eigo term for "interior foliage designer".
• Her heterochromia is sometimes the wrong way around
• Useless MOT: a joke half based on Kogasa herself being bad at scaring people and half on the drawing above
• She is sometimes shown with a trumpet similar to Mashiroma Zenima
