"Ming Zhi ruqun" refers to the attire of the Han Chinese during the Ming Dynasty in China. After the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Yuanzhang, established his rule in the Central Plains, he reformed the Han Chinese clothing system based on the concept of "continuing the traditions of the Zhou and Han dynasties while incorporating elements from the Tang and Song dynasties."
