Real person. Min Hee-Jin is a South Korean music executive and current CEO of ADOR, as well as the art director behind the popular k-pop group NewJeans, and a former art director at SM Entertainment.

Min has been at the center of a public business feud with ADOR's parent company Hybe Corporation, with the hip hop-styled outfit she wore in an emergency press conference publicizing her grievances against Hybe quickly becoming a topic of redraws.
