mercury (company)

A now-defunct American car company. A subsidiary of Ford, the Mercury lineup was designed to be a middle ground between the main Ford brand and the more luxurious (and expensive) Lincoln offerings.

While the company was closed in 2011, Ford actively maintains trademarks related to the brand.
