meito (vocaloid)
A fanmade VOCALOID derivative that is the male version of VOCALOID MEIKO. When treated as a separate character he is an older brother to his sister Sakine Meiko; taking on the family name 咲音 Sakine.
When Kaito is genderswapped to KaiKO, the -to was changed to -ko. So when MEIKO is genderswapped, her name changes to MeiTO.
