meikei yell (racehorse)

Real Life Japanese Thoroughbred racehorse. Sired by Mikki Isle and foaled by Shiroinger (By Harbinger and Yukichan). A non-white horse from the Shirayukihime lineage of white horses, she is best known for her difficult temper as well as her familial relationship with Sodashi. Adding to her infamy is that her main jockey is Ikezoe Ken'ichi, best known for racing on particularly difficult horses.

Although she was a solid sprinter with 3 G2s, she never won any G1s due to her own moodiness and temper, her results even being all-or-nothing (7 victories, no podiums and 5 placements - all G1 races - in 20 races). She instead ended up being the spectator of Sodashi and Mama Cocha's own G1s. She retired after the 2024 Takamatsunomiya Kinen.
