In the Honkai Impact 3rd world, Dr. MEI was a scientist of Fire MOTH from the Previous Era. She was also the foremother of the Kaslana lineage.

In the Benghuai Xueyuan world, her full name is Raiden Mei and was a scientist and the leader of Massive Electric Corp in the Era Zero, inherited from her father Raiden Ryoma.

She resembles the adult version of Raiden Mei.
