matsukaze rin

Rin Matsukaze is a main character from the Girls und Panzer spinoff, Girls und Panzer: Ribbon no Musha.

Tsuruki Shizuka, Rin, and Endou Haruka are students at Tatenashi High School. They represent the school in Tankathlon (a cousin of Tankery) under the banner of Team Centipede. Rin serves as both mechanic and driver of the team's sole vehicle, a red Type 97 Te-Ke tankette.

She has brown eyes and long, tousled blonde hair that springs little hair flaps near her temples. Most of the time, Rin wears a plain white dress shirt, the school's plaid skirt, and a blue sweater tied around her waist.
