mamiya (hokuto no ken)

Mamiya is a supporting characters from Hokuto no Ken. She is among one of the first female characters in shounen manga and anime to have a fighting roles, even though she is frequently overshadowed by the male casts and is written off entirely in the last arc of the first series.

Mamiya was once one of Yuda's concubines and is physically and psychologically abused by him and has since grew hatred against him. She escaped Yuda's castle and became the member of resistance group, utilizing bladed yo-yo to compensate for her lack of strength. She is last seen after Yuda's death, when Toki entrusted her the knowledge of Hokuto Ujou Ken before his final battle with Raoh.
