maintenance musume (kancolle)

A class of fairy in Kantai Collection, Maintenance Musume are background characters who perform repair work in the base.

They generally wear a jumpsuit and hard hat, and can have various different hair styles and hair colors, but usually appear as chibi figures with solid oval eyes.
