Stage 6 boss of the Touhou fangame Mystical Power Plant. She is a vengeful spirit who can call forth death, and is based upon the Japanese scholar, politician and poet Sugawara no Michizane. Along with Emperor Sutoku (represented by Suitokuin Tenmu) and Taira no Masakado (represented by Kabutozukamori Kikyou), they are considered to be the three great vengeful spirits of Japan.
