Her given name 千景 has the uncommon (but not unheard of) reading chihiro, and most sources gives the more common (but probably wrong) reading chikage.
Danbooru post #6718095 and Danbooru post #6718070 from Newtype are attributed to a certain "CHIHIRO MAEDA" from Kinema Citrus.
Only one Maeda from Kinema Citrus could be found, namely 前田千景. Which means that 前田千景, most probably, is Maeda Chihiro's name in kanji.
