Evolved from C-MOON, it is the final Stand of Enrico Pucci from JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken. Manifests as a half-horse/half-humanoid entity with a clock motif and feathers around its neck.
Manipulates the universe's gravity on such a scale as to "speed up" time, eventually bringing reality to a "reset" point. The universe would be recreated, with everything being repeated according to "fate". Made in Heaven allows Pucci to alter the makeup of this new universe as he sees fit.
Originally named after the Led Zeppelin song "Stairway to Heaven", its name was changed in the Tankōbon to the Queen song and album, Made in Heaven.
