It's a Jack-O'-Lantern-themed Halloween costume, consisting of a black witch hat, an off-shoulder dress in black and dress, a detached collar with an orange bowtie, detached sleeves, white gloves, a thigh strap with a pouch on it, white socks with orange bows, and black shoes. Her twintails have red hair bows.
