The titular character from The Legend of Luo Xiao Hei.
His human form has green eyes, cat ears, and short hair that is either white or black.
His animal form takes on the appearance of a black cat with black eyes.
The miniature creatures sometimes seen around him - resembling disembodied cat heads - are called Heixiu. They are made by Xiaohei himself, as he possesses the ability to break off pieces of his own tail into autonomous creatures.
