luca blight

A major antagonist in Gensou Suikoden II. He is the prince of Highland and Jillia Blight's older half-brother. Luca orchestrated an attack on his own troops as an excuse to wage war on the Jowston Alliance. He becomes mad, extremely powerful, and cruelly kills anyone who hinders his insane quest for destruction. It takes nearly all of Riou's army to kill Luca.
