Liltotto is a Quincy and a member of the Wandenreich. She is the Sternritter "G" of "the Glutton", and has the power to extend her mouth out into a sharp-toothed maw capable of devouring anything.

She is a petite girl with short blonde hair in a bob cut and yellow eyes, and usually wears a version of the white Wandenreich uniform consisting of a peaked cap, a short sleeveless dress, gloves and thighhighs.
