A major antagonist in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, who also appears in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance as a minor NPC.

The Vice Minister of the Begnion Senate and Duke of Gaddos, he is the man responsible for the Serenes Forest Massacre and the assassination of Sanaki's grandmother, Misaha. He was also arranged to marry Astrid, until she renounced her title to escape this marriage. After Ashera is revived, he proclaims himself "The Chosen One," despite being unaware of how Ashera returned, ultimately being little more than a pawn for Sephiran, the game’s main antagonist.

He has blonde hair with a short mustache that extends into mutton chops, and wears white, elaborate clerical robes with red and gold trim. In Path of Radiance, he also wears a priest’s cap, and his robes are more simplified.
