Azur Lane's personification of Kursk, a Soviet heavy cruiser design that was meant as an aircraft-carrying cruiser.

She has very long white hair with black streaks, red eyes, horns, and large breasts. Her default outfit is a white coat, two-tone dress with a side slit, and high-heeled black thigh boots.

In real life, she was the Project X derivative of a prior heavy cruiser design with larger guns than the treaty standard while also carrying a large seaplane complement, similar to Mogami and the Tone-class of Japan. Records suggest this was due to Soviet espionage of Japanese naval activities, yet the project never got beyond planning stage.
