kuma (kancolle)

She has long brown hair with a huge zizag ahoge, and brown eyes. Her default outfit, shared with Tama and Kiso, is composed of a white shirt with light blue sailor collar, red neckerchief, white shorts, and grey rudder footwear.
Her rigging consists of her real-life bridge, foremast, and funnels to her back, 14 cm gun mounts on the rig, and two 61 cm twin torpedo tubes on her ankles.
As "Kuma" means "bear" and her catchphrase is "kuma", which she almost always appends to the end of her sentences, she is often depicted with bear-like qualities or dressed in a bear costume. She is most often paired with her younger sisters, especially Tama. Additionally, there's a joke about the "Kuma Fleet", which also includes Abukuma, Chikuma, Kumano, Mikuma and occasionally Noshiro (see Danbooru post #1543570).
Kuma was last of her class to be given her Kai Ni second remodels. She is sometimes grouped with Tenryuu and Shiratsuyu who also received their second remodels before being remodeled themselves.
