koizumi itsuki (female)

A fan-created widely-known female version of Koizumi Itsuki. She is as beautiful as he is handsome and she typically wears pantyhose under her school uniform's skirt. She retains most of his powers and qualities.

While the genderswapped version's name has the same pronunciation as the normal male version, the kanjis that spell out each name are different (一姫 for the female as opposed to the original 一樹, as 一姫 is a feminine name in Japanese and 一樹 is a masculine one).
