Character from Gantz.
Her death involved slitting her wrists while in a bathtub; so she arrives in the Tokyo condominium nude. Yet unlike many of the characters of the series, she did not exactly die, she was revived at the hospital - after her family found her. Which means the Kishimoto in the games - is a copy. This is due to a mistake by Gantz.
She [copy Kishimoto] later dies in a mission (dubbed Buddha mission), trying to protect Kato Masaru; whom she had fallen in love with.
The detailed status of the real Kishimoto is unknown, but she was last seen living her life.
