kinugasa (kancolle)
Kantai Collection's personification of the second of the two ships of the Aoba-class cruisers.
She has grey-pink hair tied up in short twintails with a pair of hair ties, and green eyes in tsurime style. She wears a standard serafuku with a yellow necktie, a belt, and dark brown thighhighs. When under medium damage, it is revealed she wears a yellow bra and side-tie panties. In her Kai Ni form she has a one side up hairstyle instead of twintails.
Her combat gear includes twin-cannon turrets in each hand, the left significantly taller than the right, as well as a third turret strapped to her left thigh. Strapped to her back like a backpack is a miniature replica of the original ship's bridge, with a crane hanging off the back.
She is a stereotypical energetic high school girl, but like many of the energetic destroyers or cruisers, she is mostly known (if she is known at all) as Aoba's less-popular younger sister, and is generally only seen in Aoba's company.
