Mother of Kazami Mizuho in the series Onegai Teacher. In the early stages of Mizuho's marriage to Kusanagi Kei she visits her daughter and newlywed. Despite being Mizuho's mother (whom looks much more matured in age alongside Kei), Hatsuho still looks very young even though neither one's ages are revealed.
