katsushika hokusai (swimsuit saber) (fate)

Swimsuit version of Katsushika Hokusai, though technically it is Katsushika Oui wearing the swimsuit. Tokitarou consistently remains the same, wearing swimming goggles and having long tentacles on the sides of his head. Her Noble Phantasm is "Shokoku Taki-meguri", a consecutive attack set against the backdrop of multiple paintings of waterfalls.

Carries three katana, and one western sword, which Oui and her father wield with great proficiency. Personality-wise, this is Oui during her youth, where she enjoyed reading yomihon and dreaming of being a sword-wielding heroine.

Obtainable as a welfare servant during the Las Vegas Championship event.
