Count of Marlon, the illegitimate lover of Queen Yufina and the man who started the investigation regarding the mysterious disappearances across the the region. Shortly after his lover Yufina Marlon went missing, he managed to track the case to Sateriasis Venomania, the Duke of Asmodean.
After disguising himself as as woman, he managed to infiltrate into the Duke's mansion by disguising himself as Elluka Clockworker and stabbed him with a poisoned dagger, killing him and breaking the spell over the kidnapped women.
He would later marry Yufina and take her surname, becoming the ancestor of the Marlon Royal family and the reason for their blue hair (and their representation by KAITO).
