kanabou
A traditional Japanese spiked club. Also known as tetsubou (鉄棒). Typically made of heavy oak wood and studded with iron spikes, later versions were sheathed in iron or even made of solid iron.
Often found in the hands of oni, the great weight of the kanabou being considered a natural match for an oni's immense strength.
