Secondary antagonist of Paper Mario 64. A high-ranking Magikoopa, she is an old, conniving witch who is also the right-hand woman and advisor to Bowser.

As a witch she wears a purple witch hat with matching purple robes. She also has white hair, wears glasses and often holds a wand while riding a broom.

Her role was similar to that of Kamek's in Yoshi's Island, and in later Paper Mario games Kamek replaces her and resumes that role throughout the series.
