Kamen Rider Delta is the third (and last in the TV series) Rider to appear in Kamen Rider 555. Delta has a black color scheme with white Photon Blood (blue when transforming) flowing through its body. Delta is patterned after a mantis and the Greek letter delta (Δ).

Delta is remarkable for being the first Rider Gear to be used by a female in a TV series (Kimura Saya being its off-screen main user, and later Abe Rina using it on screen for a brief moment), alongside Kamen Rider Kaixa.

The Gear itself constantly switches hands, going from Saya to Kitazaki, the Dragon Orphnoch, and then to Mihara Shuji, who proceeds to use it for most of the time, though other one-time users of Delta include the aforementioned Rina, Inui Takumi, Kusaka Masato and Murakami Kyouji, the Rose Orphnoch.
