Kamen Rider Agito's final form and an evolution of his Burning Form. It is accessible if he is exposed to the sunlight.

Though it has lower punching power compared to the Burning Form (probably due to the Burning Form's armor being shed during the transformation into this form), the rest of Agito's parameters are higher in comparison. Thus, Shining Form is Agito's most potent form overall.

This form also allows the usage of the Shining Caliber, but Agito separates it into a pair of swords (called the Twin Mode) and uses them via dual wielding.

His finishers while in this form are the:

  • Shining Clash - Delivers multiple slashes using the Shining Caliber in Twin Mode.
  • Shining Rider Kick - Stronger version of his Ground Form's Rider Kick.
