The former President of Shanhaijing's Eastern Alchemy Society. She was expelled for performing dangerous experiments that harmed or even killed students.

She is one of the Seven Prisoners of Kivotos, Known as the "Five Dust Macaque" (五塵の彌猴).

Her full name is Shintani Kai.

Has white & black split-color hair of medium length, crossed bangs, and grey eyes with white pupils.
She wears a white labcoat and black china dress with a cleavage cutout that exposes her large breasts, black gloves, thighhighs, and high heels
