kagerou (kancolle)
Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Kagerou. Character design by Konishi, voiced by Fujita Saki.
She has medium-length brown hair tied in twintails, ahoge, and purple eyes. Her default outfit is the class' uniform: black vest over a short sleeved white shirt, white gloves, pleated black skirt), but hers has bike shorts under her skirt. The main difference between them is that each girl's neck ribbon is a different colour - Kagerou's is green.
