kagari shuusei

Kagari Shuusei (縢 秀星) is a character from Psycho-Pass, one of the Enforcers in Unit One of the Public Safety Bureau's Criminal Investigation Division. The youngest of the group after Tsunemori Akane, he has been a latent criminal since his early childhood. As a result Kagari seems to not have grown up, and constantly tells jokes and teases people. He also keeps dinsoaur toys and jelly beans on his desk, and is interested in cooking. He is also a very able fighter in hand-to-hand combat, able to easily kill enemies bigger than him. He also harbors a hate for normal society and Sybil, but is loyal to his friends and despises those who would kill others out of a sense of superiority. In episode 16 he witnesses the true nature of Sybil, and is promptly killed by a cyborg under Sybil's control.
