She is an English pirate with long, blonde hair and blue eyes, wearing a purple halterneck with a white Jolly Roger on the leg of the dress. She wears purple high heels to go with her dress and a thong underneath.
Her real name is Jenet Behrn (ジェニー・バーン), and she is the leader of the Lillien Knights, a pirate crew that travels the world. Jenet led a life of luxury before leaving to become a pirate.
She fights using a martial arts style she calls LK Arts (Lillien Knight Arts), which is a combination of various martial arts and primarily based on savate (French kickboxing).
