Short manga written by Fujita Kazuhiro, author of Ushio to Tora and Karakuri Circus. A cursed snowy owl with the power to kill anything it lays eyes on (codenamed "Minerva" by US authorities) cuts a bloody swath through the Tokyo area, and two American officers cooperate with an old mountaineer, the only person that was ever able to wound the creature, and his daughter in order to take it down.
