Jacques de Molay Foreigner in her Third Ascension form from Fate/Grand Order. Her eyes change from grey to yellow, her hair changes from white to grey, and likewise her skin becomes a dark grey color. She gains a pair of black horns that curve over her head, and she wears a very short black dress with a cleavage cutout. The skeleton around her hands and lower arms glow bright pink. Her goat familiar Baphomet becomes slightly larger and its eyes become a huge pair of creepy glowing pink circles. She doesn't have any legwear or footwear covering her legs. Molay is always accompanied by a huge tentacle that swallows and regurgitates her as her method of transport. Along with her tentacle, she also uses a larger set of stakes that look similar to the game's Stake of Wailing Night material.
