The protagonist of Chargeman Ken!.

A 10-to-12 years old boy who, with a slight change of clothes, can transform into the titular Chargeman Ken to fight against the Jurals. He has short brown hair and blue eyes.

Due to the poor direction of the anime, Ken often comes up as rather ruthless and questionably heroic when it comes to dispatch the shapeshifting Jurals, especially when they are still in human form or they have some form of public face (as Hoshi-kun can attest). And then, there's also his solution for poor Doctor Volga, where he jettisons him into a pursuing Jural ship after explaining that he's been turned into a human bomb.
Of course, fans often exaggerate those traits by turning him outright into a psychotic murderer.
