ishigaki (kancolle)
Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese escort ship Ishigaki. Character design by Ugume.
She has short black hair with a pair of hair ribbons, and purple eyes. Her default (and only) outfit is the class' uniform: a white shirt, fur-trimmed green jacket, red neck ribbon, green pleated skirt, black socks, and black loafers.
Her rigging consists of her funnel and foremast to her back, two hull pieces each containing a 12 cm single gun mount and 25 mm triple anti-aircraft guns, and depth charges on her ankles.
