The Ultimate Inventor. Likes to experiment with new gadgets, but has disowned her most well known invention, "Eye-drop Contacts", after selling it off. She is a rude, crass girl until someone responds in turn, which causes her to back down almost immediately.

Wears a pink serafuku with goggles on her head. She wears a black choker and smaller barbed wire necklaces. She has long blonde hair and a prominent bust.

She is often depicted with a Niko Niko Happy mouse mascot.
