Enemy boss unit from Punishing: Gray Raven, the rebuilt (dark persona) form of Tifa. As her codename suggests she is armoured with a large iron maiden, attacks by summoning spikes (casting spell) and launching mechanical tendrils.
During her phase two the upper sections of the iron maiden opens and reveals her humanoid form, with long white hair and red eyes, the only piece of clothing remains on her is the spiked headband headgear.
The Iron Maiden: Phantom boss version has her relinquishing the iron maiden armor all together.
